Admission Notice for Deputed/In-service Candidates: 2016-18

B.Ed. Admission [2016-2018]

All candidates whose names are listed in the “Provisional List for Eligible Deputed/In-service candidates: 2016-2018” having date of joining on or before 27/11/2013 (length of continuous service 911 days or more as on 26/05/2016), irrespective of General/SC category, are to report at Fakir Chand College, B.Ed. Section for verification of documents cum admission & preparation of waiting list on 06/06/2016 [Monday]. All ST category candidates in the list, irrespective of length of service, are to report on the same day.

Reporting time for all: 10AM – 11AM (no candidate will be entertained after 11AM).

Candidates must remember that mere appearance for counseling doesn’t guarantee admission. Admission will be done strictly on the basis of merit (seniority) and other relevant criteria and the process will run till the vacancy exists. The candidates, who will not be absorbed after the seats are filled-up, will be included in the waiting list.

The selected candidates are to take admission on the same day mentioned above after verification of papers.

All candidates are asked to bring the requisite amount of fees. The admission fees for 1st year B.Ed. Course is Rs. 25,000/- (maximum & in cash).

Essential documents for verification (to bring without failure):

  1. Hard copy of the online admission form.

  2. Original & photocopy of the Bank Payment Slip.

  3. Original & photocopies of all testimonials (including the mark sheet showing marks on all pass papers).

  4. 3 copies of passport size & 3 copies of stamp size photos.

5. Managing Committee Resolution from school – duly countersigned by the D.I.

6. The Govt. Approval Memo.

7. Admission Fee.

Any doubts/complaints/query regarding the merit list can be communicated to the authority through an application addressing the Teacher in-charge on plain paper with supporting documents and submit the same with in 31.05.2016, 3PM.

Note: If any candidate is having 50% or more marks in graduation taking into account all pass papers but not appearing in the merit list may appear for counseling on 06/06/2016 if he/she satisfies the criteria stated in first paragraph of this notice.
